Gail Update

So Gail's ex-boy has decided to stay out of her way, I guess realizing that he is totally incapable of being a responsible father. Gail is eight gazillion times better. I think I haven't seen her this relaxed and content in years. She will be heading back to NY for a few months to live rent-free with her mom and make some money so she can continue to kick ass here on the fairer coast.

I will miss her and Bode while they are gone and I'm sorry she won't be here for baby Simon's birth. But I'm glad she has a plan that will work for her. And I'm SO glad she's rid of the guy!

In the meantime I am waddling and tired almost all the time. Aram keeps asking if I want to do different things like go to the movies or out to dinner during the week, and frankly it is impossible at this point. Working 8.5 hours a day takes a toll on the third trimester bodies. Last night we went and hung out at Ahmed's place and after a while he and Aram wanted to go to a coffee shop. I started to get up to be ready to do that and my body objected. I waited while they went for a walk. All I can do is lay on my side. I am so pooped these days, for real.

Well there are only 8-11 more weeks to go of all of this madness. And then the new game begins. And new sleep patterns. Oy.
