Use of Midwives, a Childbirth Phenomenon, Fades in City
I was just reading a book called the Thinking Woman's Guide to a Better Birth that was discussing this. I think I am going to one of the more progressive hospitals, so I'm not that worried. Still, I think I'm planning on staying home as long as possible to avoid any unnecessary medical intervention. A few weeks ago I was told that the little boy is transverse - sideways - so I have been actively trying to turn him so as to avoid a c-section.He actually isn't supposed to be upside down for a couple of weeks, but I figured I would get him used to the idea.
